Indoor Golf Rules
The following rules are in place to ensure all participants and guests have a safe, enjoyable experience at Sam’s Bar & Gaming. By entering our facility and participating in the golf simulators or related activities, you agree to follow all rules listed below and accept the conditions of our ‘Waiver and Release of Liability’. Common sense and consideration for the safety of all participants and guests is expected at all times, even if it’s not explicitly listed here.

Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s range of swing.

There is a four-person maximum per bay.

Report any accidents immediately.

Members, guests, and participants are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the processes or the Rules, or caused by their careless, reckless, or intentional actions.

Guests acknowledge the facility is under video surveillance. Tampering with cameras or damaging equipment by not following procedures may lead to loss of guest privileges and you will be financially responsible for any damages caused.

Participants, guests and members acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

If you bring your own clubs, please make sure club faces are clean before play.

Please use a brand-new golf ball. Golf balls with scuff marks or with anything drawn by a sharpie will NOT be allowed. Sharpie’s will leave marks on our screens. You will be responsible for replacing the screen if you do not use a brand-new, mark-free golf ball.

Keep food and drinks at the provided tables. NO FOOD OR DRINK INSIDE SIMULATOR at any time!

Be respectful and courteous of other participants/groups in the facility.

We would love for you to be able to finish your “last hole”, but if another group is booked after you, we will transition the simulator to the next group promptly at the end of your booking time.

Obey all verbal and posted rules and instructions

Do not throw golf clubs or let go of golf clubs during your swing.

No running starts or other movement that would move your feet from the mat during your swing are allowed.

Only the player taking a turn is allowed near or on the turf. All other guests must stand a safe distance away at all times until their turn to hit. Please stay in marked safe zones in the facility and never get within seven (7) feet of the person swinging.

Members and guests are responsible for the safety of others around them and should always check their surroundings before swinging a club. Guests under 18 will be supervised by an adult when playing.

Members and guests will follow the dress code and personal code of conduct.

Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation and cancellation of your membership with no refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our golf simulator for your next event or practice session. In order to provide the best possible service to all our customers, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: To avoid charges, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. We reserve the right to charge a small fee to cover credit card processing fees for cancellations / refunds ($1.50 to $2.00 per hour booked).

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours but before 6 hours of your scheduled time will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your reservation or cancel within 6 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance.
